Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Pet Types
Cats & Non-Aggressive Dog Breeds Allowed (See Restrictions Below). Maximum of 2 Pets per Unit. All Pets Require Approval. $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per Pet. Breed restrictions include but not limited to: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, any sub-breed of the foregoing and any breed that relates to security or guard dogs.
